Please be aware! There is no changing or replacement upfront available, independently if the defect will come up after delivery on DOA or after 12 month. We do not care about the diag about what's exactly defective. You are responsible to tell us exactly what's defective- In any case it's necessary that you ship the defectives over to us upfront and we do repair or changing the parts afterwards.

Wir senden keine Bauteile/Server vorab zu! Sie senden erst zu uns, dann senden wir wieder an sie zurück. Wir senden keinen Austausch vorab oder Ersatz für den Zeitraum eines Ausfalls. Sie kommen in dem Fall für die Versandkosten auf.
